Allterra Construction Ltd. is hiring a Project Manager (Civil Construction) for projects in Victoria and surrounding communities. With our main office based in beautiful Langford, we are centrally located to handle project demands in Victoria and the other surrounding communities. We are committed to supporting and developing our team, building quality projects on schedule and on budget, and providing exceptional service and value to our clients.
What You Bring to the Role.
As the Project Manager, you will contribute to our team by: developing project plans and schedules with the Construction Manager and foremen; promoting a culture of safety and quality within the company; ensuring projects are constructed as per design, budget, quality, and schedule; collaborating with project teams, client representatives, consultants and trade contractors; negotiating and issuing subcontracts and major purchase orders; leading all project administration from start to project closeout; and other duties as required.
You will bring at least 5 years of dynamic construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred; a knowledge of Civil construction; passion for your profession; and take pride in doing great work every day with a great team of co-workers.
